"Amish..." "Butter..." "Churners..." | The A-Z Game! | Shoot From The Hip

This is a die game, great to open a short form show. Two players on stage, open scene, starting from a particular letter of the alphabet. Each line of the improviser MUST start by the following alphabet letter. If this is wrong, of if the improviser takes too long to think, the audience and group screams 'Die', the improviser who failed exits the scene and is replaced by another improviser, who MUST embody the same character. Ideally, do a full alphabet round, but do not hesitate to shorten or expand a bit, it's not mandatory.

🎓 Tips

As for all die games, don't be too good. It's a game where everyone from the group should rotate. Avoid being amazing at it. Do not forget the story. It's cool to have nice lines following each other, but without a story you don't really have a scene. If the sentence does not make sense in the grand scheme of things, the improviser 'dies' For some difficult letters, some cheats.. K = Okay, X = Xcellent (not to be done all the time) Difficult letters are also a good opportunity to give each other names. Celebrate mistakes, half of the fun is with failures
